• Booking & quote details — your name, email address, phone number, the service address where we’ll detail your vehicle, vehicle year/make/model, your selected service and add-ons, preferred date and time, and any notes you add.
• Payment information — a 20% deposit secures your appointment. We do not collect or store your card details ourselves; once we review your request, we send a secure payment link by text or email for the deposit, and the remaining balance is paid on-site by card, cash, or Zelle.
• Communications — if you contact us by phone, text, or email, we keep a record of that conversation so we can follow up.

How we use it

• To schedule, confirm, and perform your detailing appointment.
• To send booking confirmations, deposit links, and appointment reminders.
• To respond to quote requests and questions.
• To follow up about returning-client Maintenance Wash plans, if you’re eligible.

Who we share it with

We keep booking and customer records for as long as needed to provide our service, maintain business and tax records, and comply with legal obligations, then delete or archive them securely. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep sooner — see below.
